Who we are

KAI Management Ltd, trading as FundNow, a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 17205149, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal data described below and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a fee payer. Contact: hello@fundnow.ai.

What we collect, and why

Founder early-access registrations: your name, email, company name and one-line description, submitted through the form on this site. Purpose: to contact you about your application when underwriting opens, and to send FundNow launch updates. Lawful basis: your consent (given at submission), and thereafter our legitimate interest in operating an application pipeline.
Investor-interest registrations: your name, email and optional background line. Purpose: to contact you about FundNow's private investing circle, including the certification process that UK law requires before any investment opportunity can be shared. Lawful basis: your consent (given at submission). No investment opportunities are presented on this website or by these emails until certification is complete.
Ordinary correspondence: if you email us, we hold the correspondence to reply and keep a record. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What we don't do. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe route, and one message to hello@fundnow.ai removes you from any list.

Who receives your data

This website is hosted, and its forms are handled, by Netlify, Inc. (United States): a form submission is stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our email. Our email and document infrastructure is provided by Microsoft 365, with data hosted in Microsoft's UK/EU data-centre regions. If you later proceed to investor certification or a transaction, that happens on regulated third-party platforms under their own privacy notices; nothing moves there from this website automatically. We do not otherwise disclose personal data unless required by law.

International transfers

Where any service provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge where the recipient is certified) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, as applicable.

How long we keep it

Early-access and interest-list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and otherwise reviewed at least every 24 months. Correspondence connected to a transaction or legal obligation: up to 6 years, matching UK company record-keeping rules.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (which stops future processing based on it). To exercise any of them, email hello@fundnow.ai; we respond within one month.

Complaints

Data-protection complaints route. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, email hello@fundnow.ai with the subject "Data protection complaint". We acknowledge complaints within 30 days, investigate, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, ICO helpline 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will update this notice as FundNow's products (including the application process and the verification vault) launch; material changes are flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.
